CoMotion Fitness welcomes all NDIS participants and specialises in helping with Mental Health, Schizophrenia, Autism, Aspergers, Down Syndrome, Intellectual Disabilities, Physical Disabilities and vision impaired.
CoMotion Fitness was launched in 2016 by Colleen Madden. Colleen’s qualifications include Certificate III in Fitness, Certificate IV in Personal Training, CPR Certification and Level 2 First Aid.
CoMotion Fitness is a registered NDIS service provider.

CoMotion Fitness Services
We offer a wide range of fitness services suitable for all abilities, in addition to our popular inclusive fitness holidays. Clients will complete a pre-health questionnaire before training begins. Initial meet and greets and/or consultations are also available with clients and carers if required. All programs are personalised for individual clients.

About CoMotion Fitness

Colleen’s eldest son Rory has Down Syndrome and is an absolute fitness fan. Rory is the inspiration and motivation behind CoMotion Fitness. Rory has been very successful with his training over the years and he has a passion for achieving his goals. Colleen watched the positive affects that his training had on his strength, balance and energy and wanted to help others achieve the same positive outcomes.
Colleen spent many years volunteering at the Special Olympics Athletics while Rory was competing. Motivation is extremely important to Colleen and her goal is to help as many people as possible to reach their fitness potential and to encourage people to understand that it is not hard to be healthy.
